I worked on this project all week, mostly while sitting in the ballet school lobby waiting for J. That's the great thing about cross stitch, you can take it with you and work on it while chatting with friends. I put the rest of the card together at home last night and this morning. I picked up this adorable Martha Stewart scroll lace punch at Michael's yesterday and thought it added just the right accompaniment to the card. Last year I made some cross stitch ornaments to give as Xmas gifts and I thought I would do it again. I love receiving homemade gifts and love to give them as well. I used a Susan Branch stamp for the sentiment and cut the card using the Forever Young cart and tracing an old cross stitch ornament card. The heart brad is from Michael's and the cross stitch pattern is from a Leisure Arts leaflet called Love One Another. :) Maria
