I haven't made any Hello Kitty cards for a few weeks and started to miss her so I had to get my favorite cartridge out again. I love the balloon image but wasn't thrilled with the original cut because it blocked the sentiment. I cut the balloons and used embroidery floss as the balloon strings instead. I used a Susan Branch stamp for the Happy Birthday and cake and the paper and ribbon were from my stash. :) MariaChallenges:
